For title companies that order surveys
Free for title companies, and CadVu does not need to approve you. Once you confirm your email you are in: find the surveying firms that serve a property, compare their prices for the survey you need, and send a request to the one you choose. Your team then follows each order, sends title commitments and other documents, receives the sealed surveys and chats with the surveyor on every order. Most surveyors accept a new title company at once; a few approve new companies first. Surveys are billed at closing unless a firm agrees other terms with you.
